Goodwood Stout Bourbon

ABV: 45.0  |  PROOF: 90

Aged in charred American white oak barrels, then finished in Goodwood’s award-winning Bourbon Barrel Stout beer barrels, for a truly unique flavor profile. A distinctly different bourbon created with precise craftsmanship, unmistakable spice mingles with sweet caramel and vanilla to create a bourbon that is incomparably brash and bold, yet smooth and balanced.

Tasting Notes: Chocolate caramelized sugar on the nose, Cocoa cereal on the palate, finishes with roasted grain vibes.

Goodwood Honey Bourbon

Aged in charred American white oak barrels, then finished in Goodwood’s award-winning Honey Ale brandy barrels, for a brilliantly sophisticated bourbon. This deep amber whiskey has a complex aroma of vanilla, honey and caramel. Pleasantly sweet to the taste with notes of brown sugar and spice that give way to oak, toffee, dark fruit and anise. This whiskey finished long and smooth with serious depth.

Tasting Notes: Flowery honey and caramel with a hint of vanilla on the nose, brown sugar and molasses on the palate, finishes dry and woody.

Goodwood Walnut Brown Bourbon

Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey aged in charred American white oak barrels.  Finished in Goodwood’s award-winning Walnut Brown Ale barrels for a truly unique expression.

Tasting Notes: Subtle notes of toffee, biscuit and oak on the palette, leaving you with a nutty finish.

Goodwood Rye

The highest-quality rye grains create our whiskey. Goodwood rye pairs traditional rye spice with bourbon sweetness enhanced from finishing in Goodwood’s award-winning English Mild beer barrels. 

Tasting Notes: Herbaceous nose with hints of clove, eucalyptus, and sage, honey on the palate, finishes with notes of tea tannins. 


In the Summer of 2018, Chicken Cock bottled twelve barrels of our award-winning 10 Year Old Double Barrel Bourbon. They gave six of those barrels to their friends at Goodwood Brewing in Louisville to finish their delicious Walnut Brown Ale.

This 9-year-old Tennessee bourbon was finished in Goodwood's Walnut Brown Ale casks for 18 months to create a layered, complex pairing of walnut, toffee, oak, biscuit and malt notes. A nuanced, subtle finish of finely crafted ale enhances this one-of-a-kind pour.

This 11-year-old bourbon is finished in Goodwood Brewing Brandy Barrel Honey Ale casks for 18 months resulting in a rich bourbon accentuated by layers of honey, caramel, fig, malt and dried fruit. A nuanced finish of finely crafted ale enhances this unique pour.

A barrel tour that lasted for more than twelve months between Kentucky Goodwood’s locations and Michigan’s Three Chord homestead... The result is a deep oak and buttery caramel goodness with chocolate malty notes surrounded by warm oak with a rich mouthfeel, followed by a long finish of malty molasses and tobacco notes. The final and bottled result is a blend of fifteen, seven and six year old Kentucky bourbons with 55.5% abv.
