IPA for ALS
Beer-lovers from around the world come together to end ALS through Ales for ALS™, a fundraising program where breweries craft great beers from a custom hop blend and donate the proceeds to ALS research. Cheers to beer and to helping #EndALS!
Today, we’re tapping our IPA for ALS, a mountain IPA brewed specifically to benefit ALS research, at all Goodwood locations. Brewed at our Indianapolis location, it’s a crisp and traditional IPA that any hop lover would enjoy.
Every 90 minutes, someone is diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease or motor neuron disease (MND). ALS is a progressive, neurodegenerative disease that causes muscle weakness, difficulty breathing and swallowing, and eventually paralysis while leaving the senses intact. Most people live two to five years after their diagnosis, with an estimated 30,000 people in the US and 450,000 worldwide living with the disease. Currently, there are no effective treatments or cures. Learn more at https://a4a.als.net.
$1 of every pint sold at all Goodwood locations will be donated to this ALS research program. Come try our newest IPA and support this great cause! It’s on tap now and will only be here until it’s gone. #drinkgoodbeeranddogoodthings
