The Good Sauce

LOUISVILLE, KY- Louisville-based Goodwood Brewing & Spirits has announced a new line of beer infused sauces. The sauces, made in Louisville, will be featured on their brewpub’s menu and sold at Goodwood locations and in retail stores. 

The line of sauces range in heat and flavors and are all infused with Goodwood’s craft beers. Flavor profiles include a barbecue sauce and hot sauces; Hot Buffalo, Spicy Mango Habanero, Mild Buffalo, Extreme Stout and Medium Chipotle Garlic.

Goodwood operates restaurants in Louisville, Lexington and Frankfort and will be opening a new location in Indianapolis this summer. All locations feature a full kitchen and brewery onsite. Goodwood’s award winning beer and spirits, seasonal and rotating brews are on the menu. A diverse food menu features southern classics with a twist, such as Chicken and Waffles, Buffalo Cauliflower, Bourbon Brined Pork Chop and a unique and delicious weekend brunch. All menus highlight house made and craft beer infused sauces, including this new line of beer infused hot sauces. 

“Packaging our signature sauces is an exciting move for us,” said Chris Sparks, Vice President of Operations for Goodwood Brewing and Spirits. “When building our menu, our focus was to incorporate our beers as much as possible. We already make most of our dressings and sauces in house and now we can share some of them with our guests to utilize in their own recipes.”
